Luyckx Supplies Specialized Equipment for the Renovation of Antwerp's Pre-Metro Tunnel

That is why Jan De Nul, a loyal Luyckx customer, recently invested in specialized vehicles and tractors for the renovation work in Antwerp’s pre-metro tunnels. As part of this project, Jan De Nul will replace the track systems and completely upgrade the existing infrastructure. Thanks to these upgrades, trams will once again be able to travel through the tunnel at normal speeds, and commuters can continue to count on reliable service.
To successfully complete the complex work on the 50-year-old pre-metro tunnel in Antwerp, Jan De Nul turned to Luyckx for the supply of specialized vehicles and tractors. Among other things, they were provided with two fully converted New Holland tractors, two Hitachi ZX95 excavators, ten railcars for transporting materials, and one aerial work platform.
