Dredging work at Herbosch Kiere in Senegal

Two Hitachi ZX890-7 excavators were used to install a 31-kilometre-long 225 kV electricity cable. From the Herbosch-Kiere pontoon Gaverland, these machines buried the two cables at sea, equipped with a 21-metre-long super long front. On the land side, the cables were pulled further and positioned using the powerful Hitachi Elephant excavator.
