Join us in remaining alert in the fight against phishing

We have noticed a huge increase in the number of phishing emails. For example, you may receive an email asking you to transfer payments to offshore/new bank accounts or to provide login credentials (username/password).

Since we consider information security of both our clients and ourselves very important, we want to prevent these practices.

Here are some precautions you can take yourself:

  • Verify the identity of the sender before responding to an email request and before opening attachments or clicking on external links, even if those links appear to come from a legitimate source.
  • Consult your IT department in case of any phishing attempts.
  • If in any doubt, call us at our known phone number +32 3 313 95 51 (not to the phone number in the phishing email).
  • Report unusual or suspicious behavior to us.

Please note that Luyckx will only communicate with you by telephone or via a clearly identifiable Luyckx e-mail address (please note the spelling of Luyckx). We will also never ask you to update our bank information via a simple email. Never click on any link requesting such information and do not hesitate to contact us if in doubt.

Thank you for your trust! Together we will keep our relationship safe and secure.
